DOES NOT WORK!!!

I downloaded this based on the overall stars without reading a review. Obviously the happy people have had it awhile.

The app will not function. The initial screen appears to input age, height, weight, and the scroll bars that appear at the bottom are all blank! No keyboard appears either. If I try to continue to the next screen it says dont leave this blank.

Im chatting with support to get a refund.
